These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the India24Bet Casino website at india24bet-login.com (the "Site"), operated by India24Bet N.V. under an Antillephone Curaçao gaming licence2020-013). By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register or play. By using the Site you confirm you are of legal age and that gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction. India24Bet does not verify local laws on your behalf — checking the legal status of online gambling in your state of residence in India is your responsibility.

One account per person, household, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse registration without giving a reason.

2. Account Registration and KYC

Registration requires a valid mobile number or email, a secure password, and basic personal details. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by uploading a valid Indian ID (Aadhaar, PAN or passport) and an address proof issued in the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement).

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Minimum deposit is ₹500. Supported payment methods include UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), IMPS, Net Banking, RuPay/Visa/Mastercard cards and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT). Maximum withdrawal limits are ₹2,00,000 per week and ₹6,00,000 per month for standard accounts.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering regulations. UPI and crypto withdrawals settle in 1–6 hours after KYC; card withdrawals can take 1–3 business days.

4. Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus (100% up to ₹50,000 + 250 free spins) and other promotional offers are subject to a 35× wagering requirement. Slots count 100% toward wagering; table games 10%; live casino games are excluded. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ₹250 per spin or hand.

Free spin winnings are capped at ₹5,000 and inherit the bonus wagering. Cash bonus has a 30-day validity from credit. Withdrawing before clearing wagering forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site for money laundering, fraud, collusion or any illegal purpose. Bots, automated betting tools, exploiting game faults and arbitrage targeting bonuses are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to confiscate any winnings derived from these activities and close the offending account permanently.
